Refund Policy

The following policies are regarding insomnia shop apparel and accessories for purchases made at shopinsomniacookies.com. For help regarding a cookie order placed at insomniacookies.com, click here

BAMKO Return/Exchange Policy 

Subject to the below restrictions, all refund or exchange requests must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the order delivery date as determined by the shipping carrier responsible for the delivery of the item.

Shipping charges for the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Shipping charged for returns/exchanges are non-refundable regardless of circumstances. If you wish to return/exchange any of the merchandise under the policies listed above, the return/exchange merchandise shipping fees will need to be covered by the customer.

Shipping charges for orders that are deemed "undeliverable" by the shipping carrier are non-refundable. Please ensure the correct "ship-to" address, as we do not modify shipping addresses in any way before they leave our distribution center.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and report any defects, shortages with a product delivery to BAMKO within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery.  No requests or claims for return or exchange will be honored after the 30th day following the date of delivery. All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery, shipping time to the BAMKO distribution center will not be included in the thirty (30) day return or exchange period. 

In all circumstances, shipping charges incurred at time of initial purchase are non-refundable and such amount shall not be included in the amount refunded to customer. Shipping charges for orders that are deemed "undeliverable" by the shipping carrier are non-refundable. Please ensure correct "ship-to" address, as BAMKO cannot modify a shipping address in any way after an order has been placed.     

Subject to the restrictions provided below, upon receipt of the return of exchange item, BAMKO will process the return or exchange within five (5) business days. Customers who requested a refund should expect to receive such refund to their original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after completion of return processing, subject to change based on specific bank processing time. Customers who have requested an item exchange should expect to receive the new exchanged item within seven (7) to ten (10) business days following the completion of the exchange processing. 

ACCESSORY RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Subject to the restrictions provided above, any unused or defective accessories may be exchanged for the same item or returned to BAMKO for a refund within thirty (30) days of the order delivery date. 

APPAREL RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Subject to the restrictions provided above, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused apparel items with original packaging and tags attached may be (i) returned for a refund, or (ii) exchanged for a different size or color within thirty (30) days of the order delivery date. BAMKO reserves the right to reject a refund or exchange request if the returned apparel appears to be worn, washed, damaged, used or is not returned with the original packaging and tags attached. In the event that a refund or exchange request is rejected by BAMKO and the item is returned to the customer, the customer would be responsible for the payment of any cost associated with returning the item to the customer.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items listed as “Final Sales” or “All Sales Final” are non-refundable. In the event a final sales item arrives damaged, please contact BAMKO with a photo of the damaged item within ten (10) days of the order delivery date to initiate an exchange of the item.
